notes: 10.25.6 - Working on the site. Coming along nicely. I see in over-alls and overall this is at about 15% complete right now in my mind. Daunting but... I will keep on. 10.20.6 - Yeah I know. No updates. But I have been painting. And writing (yikes). And neglecting my cat. I worked on my Winter lady but only the flower in her hair so I don't know if I'll post a picture of that. Started a new abstract bit. We'll see how that goes. And finally really organizing things for a site redesign. Really. Yeah I don't believe me either. 7.15.6 - Da's birthday. Got a new picture of Loki up. Adorable boy. Not much time to paint lately. Want to make the crocus in my Winter painting look less Hawaiian. Starting to bother me again. Soon, perhaps. 6.11.6 - Worked on my Winter painting again. Did a bit with her hair. Figure I'm about 75% complete. In other season news I think I've finally pinned down my model for the end of Spring. I already know who I'm using for the end of Summer. 5.12.6 - Finished a little doodle in my latest sketchbook tonight. I call it "Definition". It's been sitting in there as a pencil sketch for a long while but I finally inked it. It's the first page in the book. I bought the book specifically to draw this piece and start it all with this quite a few months ago. Broke the lid off my ink it'd been so long since I'd used it. Good thing I used the vice. And the pliers. And finally the super glue. Anyhow here it is. Might add some color to it eventually but for now I'm happy with it as is. 4.26.6 - Okay that didn't take as long as I'd thought it would. I worked on 'Winter's Seduction' again tonight and I'm now pleased with it. So it's back up. Also I made the pictures at right links. Cause I'm smart like that. 4.25.6 - Removed links to my Winter painting. I'm just not happy with it right now and don't want to share it until I can feel proud of it. I've never worked harder on a painting, never taken this much time and done this much research for one. Never had one I've been so frustrated with. I'll keep working on her and when I'm ready I'll put her back up. Sorry. 4.24.6 - Worked on Winter's Seduction again today. I guess it has been a few months (8 but who's counting?). She's annoying me but I'm certain I'll get her straightened out eventually, give her some eyebrows and some crocus in her hair and work on the tree some more. Just not anymore today. But hopefully sooner than 8 months. 4.10.6 - Okay I've had it with this site. Something needs to be done. I'm going to redesign. But I don't know when or how. So it'll probably be awhile. Knowing myself it'll be years. But it's started. And in the meantime I'm going to make a few stop-gap galleries of all my floating artwork and pictures that I'd like to share. (Yes this does include the long-anticipated - at least by me - Loki gallery). 4.1.6 - A little drawing for an anonymous and meddlesome, yet cherished, friend - 'Helping Hands'
