notes: 12.2.5 - My 25th birthday today. It snowed. I thought the best way to celebrate would be to take Loki out in the snow. 11.14.5 - So. I said I'd post my latest painting after I worked on it again but it's been 3 months and I haven't so I might as well link it since I've themed the whole site around it. Silly me. Working two jobs isn't good for the painting schedule. So here it is - Winter's Seduction. 8.8.5 - Did a little 'Athena' painting the last day or so. Y'know, sprung from my skull fully-formed. None of this 'months of planning, painstaking detail and layers on layers' that my other project has been demanding. So here it is, Athena. After another session or so I'm going to post the link to my new painting - still very much a work in progress after about six months now. You might be able to figure out by the new theme of the site what the theme of this painting is. Also - for you fiends, a darling picture of Loki and Narcissus. 8.2.5 - It's Loki's birthday! Been working on a new project for the last few months and a few side-projects but nothing I'm ready to share yet. Maybe in the next few weeks. 4.10.5 - Finished my two latest pages - The Red Hunt is up. Still Lives is up. Also, for you fans out there - Loki, Loki and more Loki 2.9.5 - Been working on a lot of small things and putting off updating this site. Need to fix the coffee-girl link it's the only thing in pepperbook not working and my favorite go figure. Kind of sick lately - not like death-bed but consistantly down and out bleh. I don't have a picture of the finished 'The Red Hunt' but will hopefully soon. Going to make a page for the Still Lives soon - basically done with them except one errant lime. Never painted fabric before so a big thing for me. Also the new stained glass bits. And I'm really going to make a gallery for Loki soon. Promise. Oooh and maybe an 'aboutme' page where I can show you how self-centered I really am. Oh and Narcissus. Really gotta make a gallery for him. He was my first and I only gave him a sad little sideways shot in the sculpture section. 1.10.5 - Started a few new projects. Hope everybody had a happy New Years. I started working on a new puppet recently - no body or color yet but he's fun. Also started a series of still life paintings for my mum. And I did a few experimental paintings playing with tape and black gesso. Kind of a stained glass appearance to them. Just read 'House of the Scorpion' by Nancy Farmer I really enjoyed it. Oh and a picture of Loki for all his fans out there.
